Counter Forced Labor Technologies Certification

Earn the CFL Certification Seal by leveraging GRAT™ technology. This seal validates your commitment to transparency, signaling deliberate and actionable progress in identifying forced labor and child labor throughout your supply chain.
Our certification is structured into three distinct tiers based on supplier participation. Gold represents our highest standard of excellence, followed by Silver and Bronze.

Company Certification

Companies are awarded certification based upon the percentage of suppliers that complete GRAT’s supplier survey.


Certification is awarded annually.

Bronze: Completed GRAT™ implementation and 25% supplier survey completion rate after year one.
Silver: 50% supplier survey completion rate.
Gold: 75% supplier survey completion rate.

Supplier Certification

Suppliers are awarded certification based upon completion of GRAT’s supplier survey.


Certification is awarded annually.

Bronze: After 1 year.
Silver: 2 continuous years.
Gold: 3 or more continuous years.
